The pipe is coextruded using three extruders.
It is formed using vacuum spray cooling, stable hauloff, length counting, cutting and automated coiling.

The extruder employs imported speed adjustment, grooved barrel, and latest screw design.
Imported temperature control instruments.
Automatic control of water temperature and level.
