Bandalong Boom Systems
|

Using our team's extensive engineering and waterways
expertise, we have developed the Bandalong Boom System
which is a floating boom that can be used to either collect
or deflect floating debris, and is currently in use throughout
Australia.

The boom sections are manufactured from incredibly
and durable polyethylene pipe, complete with an
aluminium mesh skirt under the bottom of the pipe
to trap any submerged litter or logs. |
The three or six meter lengths are coupled together to
span across a weir, waterway or dam. The couplings are
equipped with anti-vandal fittings, and have a rubber
sleeve over the joint to stop any litter escaping through
the joint section.
The Bandalong Boom System can be tailored to suit
the individual requirements of your waterways management
plan. |

Bandalong Modular Gangway System

| The trouble with most existing gangways is their weight
and awkward size. Our new gangways are manufactured completely
from aluminium which significantly reduces the weight.
One person can easily move them around. They come standard
with four rollers, so they are simple to move. |

Manufactured in lengths to suit your requirements,
each section can be pinned together within minutes
to for a solid unit. Bandalong Engineering enlisted
one of Australia's most experienced aluminium access
structure engineers to design the walkways. |

The gangways comply with the following Australian Standards:
AS 3963 Part 4.2.2 - Guidelines for the design of Marinas,
and AS 1665 - SAA Aluminium Welding code.
Bandalong can supply a complete engineers report, and can also tailor
the gangway to suit your individual needs. |

Bandalong Aluminium Litter Baskets
|

| Litter enters our waterways via drains. To combat this
pollution problem, Bandalong Engineering has designed an
Aluminium Litter Basket. The litter basket is attached
to the outlet drain and collects rubbish before it can
flow into the waterway. |

Built of aluminium, the basket is not only strong,
but not prone to rust like mild steel. The basket
is able to be easily cleaned and can hold vast amounts
of litter. This product can be adapted to suit individual
requirements. The baskets can also be made of steel,
and hot dipped galvanised. |
