Workshop manually operated butt welding
machine for PE and PP pipes and fittings. |

The pivoting clamps allows the machine to fabricate
segmented bends with different radii. |

The machine being capsizable into the frame
reduced the overall dimensions for transport and stocking
when not in use. |

Two carriages mounted on roller bearings,
one fixed the other movable on chrome plated slide bars
dia. 25mm. |

The operating lever, besides moving the
trolley, acts on a calibrated scale in order to apply the
correct welding pressure of the PE pipe to be welded. |

Electric mill cutter with micro switch control
on the handle running over on a slide bar. |

Removable PTFE coated heating mirror with
special housing located on the machine, running over on
a slide bar. |
