Estro 600
Portable Rod Extrusion Welder
 |
 |
The Metabo drill motor controls the
automatic 3-4mm PE or PP rod feed. It also controls
the actual extrusion through the extrusion chamber
which is heated by a Leister Diode hot air manifold,
also simultaneously preheating the actual weld area. |
 |
The PTFE tip presses the continuous
flow of extruded material onto the welding surface. |
 |
Temperature control is achieved by
means of a Rueger thermometer mounted next to the
extrusion chamber. |
 |
To operate the extrusion welder, besides
a connection to a power source, a suitably filtered
compressed air line hook-up is required or, as an
option, to a model UJ75 blower. |
|
Estro 650
Portable Rod Extrusion Welder
 |
 |
The variable speed Metabo drill motor
controls the automatic 3-4mm PE or PP and PVC rod
feed. It also controls the actual extrusion through
the extrusion chamber, the temperature of which is
controlled by an electronic thermostat - the thermostat
can be adjusted to provide the correct temperature
for all three materials. A Leister Triac hot air
manifold / blower pre-heats the area to be welded. |
 |
The PTFE tip presses the continuous
flow of extruded material onto the welding surface. |
 |
Temperature control is achieved by
means of a Rueger thermometer mounted next to the
extrusion chamber. |
 |
To operate the Estro 650 extrusion
welder, only a connection to power source is required. |
|
Estro 720
Portable Pellet (Granule) Extrusion
Welder
 |
 |
The drill motor controls the automatic
pellet feed through the loading hopper. It also controls
the actual extrusion through the extrusion chamber,
the temperature of which is controlled by an electronic
thermostat. |
 |
The thermostat can be adjusted to
provide the correct temperature for PE, PP or PVC. |
 |
A Leister diode heats up the area
to be welded. |
 |
The PTFE tip presses the continuous
flow of extruded material onto the welding surface. |
 |
Temperature control of the air stream
is achieved by means of a Rueger thermometer
mounted next to the extrusion chamber. |
 |
To operate the extrusion welder, a
connection to a power source as well as suitably
filtered compressed air line is required. As an option,
a model UJ75 blower may be used. |
|
UJ75 Blower
 |
 |
Accessory required to operate extrusion
welders type Estro 600 and Estro 720, in case no
suitable compressed air supply is present. |
