Manual Welding Advice
 |
- Cut the pipe using shears or a pipe cutter. The cut must be
perpendicular to the axis of the pipe.
- Use a suitable file to de-burr the pipe.
- Mark the insertion depth of the pipe.
- Heat the pipe and the fitting at the same time.
- When the correct heating time has elapsed, remove the pipe and the
fitting at the same time from the heating element.
- Within the allowed time, join together the pipe and the fitting,
avoiding turning or bending.
